About the Author

After an extensive and varied education at numerous North American and European institutes of higher learning, Arthur Frederick Ide took his last degree from Carnegie-Mellon University. Although his liberal views, research, scholarship, and publication record have alienated senior faculties, Dr. Ide has a reputation as a popular teacher at Iowa Lakes Community College, the University of Illinois, Mauna Olu College, the University of San Diego, and Eastfield College, Dallas. Dr. Ide has authored more than 200 books.
