I don't ritualistically watch sports, but I love getting together with the fam and friends to watch this particular game each year. Plus, if you're not in favor of any particular team, always find someone to put some money down on it, it makes it way more enjoyable. Thanks to the Saints, I'm 50 bucks richer and was able to find motivation to get really annoying while going into halftime 16-17... and getting downright obnoxious when they made that play near the end of the 4th qtr. Go Saints!

Frankly, the folks in NO were so screwed by the Federal government that it's good to see anything that lifts their spirits. Seeing the crowd in Bourbon St made me feel good.

Having said that, we have already been treated to "God is great" from the NO quarterback, so I guess we are supposed to believe that the key interception in the fourth period occurred only because God kind of pushed the ball just a bit so it could be intercepted. Yuk!

In perspective, athletic achievers have been heroes for all of recorded history. You don't have to be "into" sports to admire achievement in any area of life.
