How does stating the obvious, that there is no god, make me an “ultimate Grinch”, Mr Staver? I guess he would also lump jews into this category because they dont celebrate Christmas either. All my life it has been about Santa Claus, and togetherness, and nice lights, and presents. I don't associate it at all with Jesus, or church or god, as I have never gone to church. Plus when you think about it, it isn't even the real birthday of Christ, as it was changed to correspond with pagan dates. So its a date with no significance to Jesus where I exchange gifts, and nice lights. I see no problem with that. It is however entirely each individuals choice, if I forced it on others I'd be an asshole like the Jesus Freaks.
