I think Science should ignore religion in that no scientific study should consider any religion’s point of view, but scientists ignore religion at their peril!

As someone who is obviously religious, you cant possibly imagine what its like to have the unwanted intrusion of someone elses superstition forced into your life. I despise religion to the deepest core of my being and am with Quantum Flux that religionists really do need to repent of their idiocy so that we can move forward as a species and create Paradise here on Earth without being retarded by religion.

I CAN imagine what it would be like to have religion or anything forced into my life. It would be a grevious “sin” if my church ever forced our faith on anyone. My question is this: If religionists MUST repent of our idiocy, so you can create a Paradise, do you not espouse the same philosphy, of those religionists that say you MUST believe in what they believe?

I believe I am protected from your deity's cruel and unusual punishment of eternal torment with the worst possible pain by the 8th Amendment of the US Constitution and by virtue of the fact that I am an American Citizen.

The Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:

"Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."

America just does things better than your Deity. So long as my bodily corpse remains within the confines of the US borders, and I choose for my soul not to leave these American lands if there is such a thing, that your Deity has no jurisdiction over me.
