That's not what Colbert does. He gives guests just enough time between interuptions to make a few plugs, and the rest is setup for his comedy routine. I love Stephen Colbert. He’s been my favorite comedian since he was on the Jon Stewart’s gig, doing “This Week in God”. But, I think his performance has been even better after he got his spinoff.
