Spinfusor,

I'm just piecing this together the best I can. If you have better insight into what went on then by all means please share, or at least point me in the right direction.

Frank, Frank, Frank...

What's this? Trying to embarrass Ellen?

Sheesh...I told you. Simply picket her house. It would be a lot more productive then hanging AA's dirty laundry out for the public to see...

From your desperation I'm thinking you have no legal case. Otherwise you'd use the courts (as usual) to force your agenda...

Come to think of it...I'm betting you don't want the content made public...

precious reminders not only of our own organizational history but of the course of First-Amendment jurisprudence as well? I seriously doubt it.

Dear Ms. Johnson,

If I had a legal claim to documents or whatever in your possession, you'd be hearing from my lawyer offline. I hope I wouldn't write an open letter in a forum such as this and air dirty laundry for all to see.

Regards to all,

RunDogRun said it well. This is just more childish behavior from the board. I have come to expect it these last few weeks.

Mr Zindler,

I for one cannot fault you for your method. I think it is perfectly within the bounds of propriety. I wish you good success and hope this is a temporary misunderstanding that will soon be remedied.

I ask that the diaries be returned immediately, without further delay.

If Mr. Zindler felt so compelled to write this note, he should've stopped here. It was succinct in getting his point across without patronizing the blog.
Frank

How about letting go of the obsession with the books of Madalyn and get on to the business of running the organization? Somehow, I feel sure that Ellen will make sure the books are safe and that one day she will return them, even if you eventually have to get a court order to get her to do so. In the meantime, you have more pressing tasks at hand. At least, I would think so.
