The Android Community was assumably hacked into with a post stating an exclusive video of the HTC G3 but in fact consisting of a male homosexual sex act photo plus a rickrolled video to top it off....

What -- how does that relate to this board? Hhmmmm??????

LOS ANGELES (May 29) - Harvey Korman, the tall, versatile comedian who won four Emmys for his outrageously funny contributions to "The Carol Burnett Show" and on the big screen in "Blazing Saddles," died Thursday. He was 81.

Nothing whatsoever to do with Atheism. Funny guy tho.

Comment from: What [Member] ? Edit
Why was notice of this death posted here?

Hehehehe, movies like "The DNA Factor: Raising the Ashes of the Dead" by Perry Stone is definantly going to serve the purpose of creating more atheists. In fact, the new apologetics in general are doing that.

Dave

We are almost there - the Promised Land of Transparency. Just a little more sincerity and we will be there. Hallelujah!

Here is what I want to know now. After Bart's post it is obvious that he should have excused himself from the board long ago. However, I am not convinced that Ellen was compromised in her ability to function as president by her relationship with board member Bart Meltzer. Please provide evidence to the contrary if the board alleges this to be so. Also, please state for the record whether this appearance or actual conflict of interest was indeed the primary reason for the termination.

Not far to go. Don't quit now.

What,

I am not convinced that Ellen was compromised in her ability to function as president by her relationship with board member Bart Meltzer. Please provide evidence to the contrary if the board alleges this to be so.

1) Ellen was not compromised -- the board was compromised because one of it's members did not treat Ellen's actions objectively.
2) That is my opinion, and apparently Bart's. I am not sure if the other members of the board agree, although I'm confident some of them do now.
3) As far as I know, the appearance of the C/I was NOT the reason for termination. That would have been done long ago (I raised this issue myself two years ago) if that were the case. Also, quite frankly, they'd have fired Bart, not Ellen, if this was the reason. To the best of my knowledge this was not even attempted -- Bart quit on his own.

Please don't think for a second that I blame Bart. I don't. Bart is a patriot and a dedicated activist who let his love for Ellen get in the way of his objectivity. Ellen was president and bears responsibility for her actions and decisions, which in the end are the real reason this happened

NOW BACK TO THE TEXAS CONVENTION!

I'll tell my hubby (Mouse) about the convention and maybe we can make it. It's a short drive so it shouldn't be a problem.
