I cannot tell you how important it is that we understand the true nature of Islam, that we see it for what it really is. In fact, I will tell you this: I do not believe our country can truly fulfill its divine purpose until we understand our historical conflict with Islam. The absence of the belief in a divine purpose doesn’t guarantee a nation will be Utopian. Consider the USSR, eg.

There might not be a divine American mission to destroy islam but don’t buy the pc bullshit that states islam is a religion of peace either. The West and our very way of life is very much at war with islam.
If I were interested in finding out what Islam “really is,” Rod Parsley would probably be the LAST person I’d turn to.
I think the desire to kill foreigners comes first, and then the Imaginary Bearded Sky Daddy is added later as justification of the sacred genocide. After all, killing foreigners is an expression of patriotism and religious fervor, making it the most pious activity possible.
