		<description>I live in St. Louis, MO.  I&#039;m pretty sure we&#039;re the teen STD capitol of the country.  I&#039;ll have to double check my facts.  I&#039;m an 8th grade teacher and I can definitely support Cecile Richards quote.  The abstinence-only program is NOT working!    </description>

No, abstinence doesn&#039;t work. It didn&#039;t even work for Mary, fer chrissakes. And kids today have the crazy idea that oral sex isn&#039;t sex, but no one told the STDs that.&lt;br /&gt;
