Also like to know why we would bother to hate something that doesn’t exist? Personally, I’ve never hated anything imaginary. It’s only the religious who believe in imaginary things like gods, angels, devils and such.

Nope, not new. I’ve been here for over a year enjoying the company of other atheists.
However, I can?t figure out why you spend SO much time here. I know, I know, xians can’t get into their precious heaven if they don’t actively pester people to convert. That must be how your ridiculous religion sticks around… it’s either that or risk the fires of hell. Because we all know hell is a concept that makes perfect sense.
I suppose your presence wouldn’t be so bad for the rest of us if you made even a shred of sense. It takes logic and analytical skills to have healthy debate… something I have yet to see from you. Perhaps others disagree, but I think you should spend more time in church and less time annoying us.

I disagree. I’d bet we view the word in exactly the same way. Our difference is in how we view sexism.
I have never seen anyone state that they hate god, on this site. I have seen: I hate the idea of gob or; I hate organized religion or; I hate religious zealots or; I hate proselytizing bigots or; I hate theists who think they know what?s in the mind of their gob or; I hate having to repeatedly restate the same obvious answers to criticisms from theists who seem congenitally destitute of critical acumen; or I hate willful ignorance; or I hate those who claim to be Christians while exhibiting behaviour that is the antithesis of their much referenced Prince of Peace.
In short, if there is Hate exhibited on this blog it is the result of the continual and terrifying lack of logic disgorged by those Christians who think that only they possess the knowledge and understanding of modern English, the Bible, or the History of religion.

Atheists really don’t have the time to spend on hating. They have better things to do.
I don’t hate xians, or muslims, or other gawd groupies. I just recognize them as the enemy. The enemy of life itself and of everything good in the world.
