But isn’t there some validity to removing the DNA-proven criminals from society, once and for all?

What’s a DNA-proven criminal?

Once we get the science down, do you think it would be a good idea to nip these DNA-proven criminals in the bud before they can commit the crimes they are obviously destined to commit?

How about those criminals who commit equally heinous acts who aren’t DNA-proven? Do they get a pass?

I’m on the fence too about the death penalty, but I think you’ve probably got some kooky notions about who might deserve it.

There's no reversing it if it has been applied mistakenly. It hasn't been proven to be an effective deterrent. And in my opinion, the state should not be in the business of killing its citizens.
