I have a feeling that their "mentally unfit" might include any mental/emotional disorder, whether mild or severe. I'm totally against this. It is discrimination. What right do they have to tell people who can and who cannot vote? I see this turning into something ugly that would just further stigmatize those that have mental disorders.
