The Civil Rights Movement has failed to protect everyone and it does not protect everyone, the Civil Rights Act has not protected my family even though we have been targeted over the past 13 years by religious hate mongers a.k.a. the KKK and the G.O.B.N. Good Ole Boy Network in Louisiana.
The Dark Ages still exists in Louisiana. As long as there are religious oppressors, there will be victims of hate groups.
In theory, The Civil Rights Laws should protect everyone equally, unfortunately, there is too much bias which neglects certain individuals.
