It looks like the reformist candidate Raphael Correa has won in Ecuador.

The Bush puppet candidate Avaro Noboa was a typical Bush bible-thumper.

“His rival, Mr Noboa, said he would wait until official results were announced before asking for a recount if necessary.

Before voting, he had gone down on his knees, Bible in hand, and asked God for support.

“Like Christ, all I want is to serve… so that the poor can have housing, health care, education, jobs,” Associated Press news agency quoted him as saying.

Ecuador’s richest man, Mr Noboa had campaigned promising to attract foreign investment to Ecuador. He frequently carried a Bible.”

I have listened to a couple of episodes of “The Narrow Mind”. The host has had atheists on the show before. The host is hard to stomach. He is a “true believer”, the kind that make you have trouble deciding if you should laugh or cry. It will be hard for Mr. kagin to get much of a voice. He will spend most of his time correcting the assumptions of an idiot. I will download it and listen, but I think only an idiot is proud to have a narrow mind.

  6. Monika says:

He is proud to have a narrow mind?! The name of the show is not intended ironically? Wow. Well I think I will be downloading the show to listed too but I am now prepared to laugh or, maybe, cry …

  7. reason says:

whats wrong with a narrow mind its kept me happy and smug.that and hypocrisy have made the diff.in my life.

  8. Revmonkeyboy says:

No, it is not irony, it is a boast.

  9. pasta la vista says:

I checked out Gene Cooks “the narrow mind aftermath” blog. They were bashing Camp Quest and atheism in general pretty good. Hopefully Edwin can get a few words of wisdom through to someone so it won’t be a total waste of his breath.

  10. SPUDBOY says:

Nice job Edwin, thanks for being there.

There was a bomb threat in my town today. All the schools were evacuated and it will be shown on the local news in my area.
