And that from a Baptist minister! Makes me feel that there's hope for this world after all. Here in North Carolina the Baptist Convention is voting to turn out gay-friendly congregations.Fortunately I am Unitarian Universalist which is both gay-friendly and atheist-friendly.(about 30% of us are atheists, the 70% being mostly deists and pantheists)UUism is too much like church and religion for some of my atheist friends and relatives, but being an old maid gay man I need other people in my life and I find them there. Again, it's good to read something positive and gay-friendly from a Baptist.

Art and science are conspiring to knock down the oft-cited "unnatural" argument tossed around by the anti-gay crowd in Norway:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/6066606.stm

The end is nigh for the "choice" and "unnatural" arguments.

This article is great (especially from a minister) but I wouldn't get your hopes up about "the end is nigh". It took the church a long time to admit Galileo was right. The inquisition forced him to recant in 1633 and they only changed their official position on it in 1992. Plus many are still denying evolution.
