I'm kind'a surprised that I haven't gotten this one yet from one of my x-tian relatives.

That's probably due to the fact that everytime someone sends me crap like this the first thing I do is verify it on Urban Legans or Truth or Fiction. I then send it back to "all" to let them know so they can stop forwarding this junk all over creation.
Settle down now and THINK.

Just because some junk mail hits a nerve is no reason to add to the ever increasing junk mail robbing bandwidth.

I hold three domains for my law firm. They have been in place for nearly 10 years now - and I have 10 megabytes of junk mail a day come in on those three domains (.org, .com, .net).

I delete vast quantities of junk every morning - I filter and filter - but one or two "real" emails make it into the trash or junk filters.

Still I am very careful to lock out web-bugs - I shut down net access when I delete my emails - if I look at an email because it might be legit - and it is a fraud, it can't call a site and light up my IP as valid.

Please practice good net-etiquette ? don?t add to the load by forwarding spam.

Oh, I have it on good authority that the best way to deal with these fools is to track them down, identify them, and donate a couple of bucks in their name to Falwell, Bakker (yes, they are back!), Sweigert, and THE 700 Club!

Here are the spam kings: http://www.spamhaus.org/rokso/index.lasso

Bury them in snail-mail.

Here tom, I sincerely think you might enjoy this site:

http://www.cdproject.net/index.asp

it mixes market projections and the effects of Green House emissions. You can read through the surveys of some pretty big businesses who are buying into the effects global warming and changing business practices to see if there's way to operate profitably in the context of climate change.

25 million idiots just pass it along with every other email they get. Sometimes PC viruses are a good thing. Learn or log off! The other good verification site is www.snopes.con

I am also surprised I have not received this one from my relatives.

They believe other stuff like crytal power, earth changes, reiki massage, accupuncture, the 9/11 planes were actually remote controlled by george bush and company, and global warming(troll alert), but not this, so far.

It just goes to show that people are always willing to believe the worst of those they consider opponents.

Which brings up the Issac Hayes/Comedy Central thing. There is a story on Fox news that Hayes did not quit, but that someone quit for him while he is recovering from a stroke he suffered in January. The implication is that someone in the scientologists did it.
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,188463,00.html

Is this a scientologist conspiracy? If so, this would be a riot.

spanders, nah, it's not science, it's politics.

I believe leftists on global warming as much as I believe rightists on drug issues. Just like ID'ers, they both have the conclusion all laid out before they go to find/create the evidence to support it.

Who was it that said a lie travels around the world before the truth is even out of bed?

That sounds faintly familiar. . . maybe an Ayn Rand quote or something from an old metallica song.
