Consider that there is no report of INDIVIDUAL violence and terroristic tactics. This is a group that exists because of the dynamics of the three.

What incarceration will do is to further “socialize” the criminal acts, educate and encourage the “gang” and turn out worse criminals – with tons of contacts.

The doctrine of judicial intervention – coupled with medical DX & TX prior to (and, possibly instead of) incarceration might save them and us.

If we don’t want to change the behaviour – merely deter future antisocial acts – then we have no other option: Execution.

How does atheism deal with the ELIMINATION of the one, and only, life a human being will ever have?

Are we duty bound to preserve life – or, does the gene pool call for more chlorine?

Do we really care about a murderer who causes a few individuals anguish by killing their family member?

Or, do we “specifically deter” these idiots by killing them on their first offense?

Do we consider the magnitude of the offense? Does a corporate head who takes the company and the stock into the tank – costing thousands their life-savings and retirement disserve a LESSER penalty than a murderer who hurts a few dozen?

Is life of any value to an atheist – God will never punish us for killing.

Do some people “need killing?”

Hitler?
Pol Pot?
Your ex?

The heads of companies that steal or commit fraud? Who would be more effectively deterred than people with tons of $$$?

What about children? Who says they get a second chance?

Better still, what about the parents who brought the evil murdering thief into the world? Why not kill them, too?

How about their siblings? If one kills or steals – they all learned those values from the parents. Society demands safety – kill them all and eliminate the genome….

While we are at it, why not make any defendant with more than $500,000.00 to defend him/herself face a mandatory death sentence for all felony charges – no appeal – instant execution – live on TV.

Don’t tell me that the rich won’t find a way to follow the law if they all die for stealing. And, what of it? They are all only a small bit of genetic matter that we are better off without?

If we made stealing $1,000,000.00 a death penalty crime – don’t you think that the people bright enough to steal that much might be deterred?

I vote we tie all three to the tracks of the “double E.”
