		<description>Chile&#039;s seeming liker a nicer place as times progress.  There&#039;s no more dictatorial Pinochet.  Maybe such trends will continue to spread throughout Latin America, even up into the states enough to quell theofascist American sentiment.</description>

If enough of our close &amp; distant neighbors start doing this, it may very well become a trend in politics, &amp; the US may follow suit (fingers crossed). &lt;br /&gt;
