He’s been indicted on charges of conspiracy to violate election laws in 2002. It’s a pretty complicated affair it seems, but it looks like the Hammer has taken money from corporations he shouldn’t. I’m not assuming his guilt, but it looks like you’re assuming his innocence? Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Ok, to look a bit more at DeLay, you will see he has been admonished by the ethics committee, so one could argue that even if he has not done anything illegal, his history tells us that he’s not afraid of using unethical methods. This is not the Christianity I like to participate in… the unethical version. Now, if you like we can discuss, at length the pros and cons of Mr. DeLay.
