No one can stop a person from praying their own prayers. The problem with institutionalising prayer is that before long the people that don't pray -or follow what the majority thinks is prayer- become outcasts, and then all sorts of factions start to form. So, keep prayer in the mind, and in the church where is belongs. I see nothing wrong with prayer in general, but when it becomes and issue, is becoes a problem.
